Lona Scott | Doral, FL | Full-time, on-site | $48,000-$58,000 / year Reports to: COO & CEO Target start date: July 2026 About Lona Scott Lona Scott is a British luxury cashmere, lambswool, and garment-care brand with a growing presence in the US market. We are establishing our US distribution operation in Doral, FL to serve our retail partners and our direct-to-consumer customers across North America. This is a foundational role: you will be the first hire in our US warehouse and will work directly with our COO and CEO to build out our fulfillment operation from the ground up. What you'll do - Receive incoming inventory shipments from our UK warehouse and US suppliers, check quantities and condition, and put away stock - Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders (Shopify, Target+, Amazon, wholesale) using our existing ShipStation workflow - Process returns: inspect, restock, or flag for quality review - Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag low stock to the COO - Coordinate with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and any 3PL partners on collections and dispatches - Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and audit-ready - Learn our product range (cashmere accessories, garment-care items, repair kits) so you can spot quality issues and answer basic product questions - Support occasional special projects: trade-show shipments, retailer launches, sample sends What we're looking for - 2+ years experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping operations (ideally e-commerce or small consumer brand) - Comfortable with shipping software (ShipStation, ShippingEasy, or similar) and able to learn ours quickly - Detail-oriented: you spot the wrong color, missing item, or damaged packaging before it leaves - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - High school diploma or equivalent What we offer - $48,000-$58,000 annual salary, depending on experience - Paid time off and US public holidays - Benefits package details discussed at offer stage - Training - O
