Description Spirit Airlines is looking for a dedicated and people-focused Inflight Base Supervisor to join our Orlando team. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for all day-to-day inflight operational matters — including handling delays, incidents, illnesses, and supporting flight attendants through real-time issues. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring every flight runs safely and smoothly while upholding FAA regulations and internal policies. From coordinating with different departments to supporting our crew, your leadership will directly influence the quality of service we provide to both our team members and guests. Key Responsibilities You’ll be actively involved in maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism across our inflight operations. This includes tracking performance metrics, reviewing and resolving reports and complaints, enforcing company standards, and offering on-the-ground support at gates and briefings. You’ll also assist flight attendants with HR, scheduling, or policy-related concerns, and take part in performance management and recognition initiatives. Monthly onboard support rides and participation in base events and meetings are part of your role, along with preparing reports and helping to improve operational processes. You should be confident managing people, solving problems on the go, and communicating across departments. A working knowledge of FAA regulations and company procedures is essential, as is the ability to travel and maintain your flight certification.
