Senior Field Technician

Role Description The Senior Field Technician will be responsible for conducting field inspections and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, particularly in solid waste management projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting construction oversight, performing quality assurance testing, and documenting field observations. The technician will also liaise with project teams to troubleshoot and ensure site safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Qualifications - Knowledge of construction quality assurance, environmental monitoring, and compliance practices - Proficiency in site inspections, quality testing, and field data collection - Strong understanding of stormwater management, sedimentation control, and landfill systems - Proficient communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and manage on-site teams - Experience in the solid waste industry or civil engineering projects is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree in a relevant field is a plus - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
