What You'll Do:• General administrative support for our prepaid hotel department• Manage client documentation and records• Handle email correspondence and basic client communications• Assist with invoicing, forms & internal tracking• Data entry and general office tasks• Support special projects as needed What We're Looking For:• 1–3 years of administrative or office experience• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills• Professional communicator who can work independently• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No travel booking experience required, this is a purely administrative role, perfect for someone who loves structure and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
