Location: Altamonte Springs, FL. 32714 Pay: $18- $24 an hour- Full-time Requirements - Experience in pond/lake maintenance, landscaping, erosion control, or stormwater maintenance - Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various weather conditions - Comfortable working around water, slopes, and environmental risks (bees, poison ivy, etc.) - Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members - Commitment to safety practices with chemicals and equipment - Ability to follow company policies and values - Team-oriented and aligned with Dragonfly's values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented.
