Construction Control Representative.

Duties The Construction Control Representative provides expertise in facility maintenance, contracting techniques to best support building systems and execution of maintenance projects. In This Position, You Will - Serve as contracting office’s technical representative for OFMR maintenance contracts. Provide technical assistance and advice to OFMR staff members and/or contractors to assure contractors are in full compliance with contractual requirements. - Use automated technical software to compile information necessary to report and formulate data, presentations or documentation for maintenance assignments. - Oversee management and integration of contractor operations, work closely with SI personnel, professional engineers and maintenance operators engaged in maintenance activities and projects. - Communicate with personnel at a variety of levels to convey progress, problems and recommendations in a timely manner.
