Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.We’re currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Technician II to join our Purchase/Supply Department at our Galion & Ontario locations.Position OverviewCoordinates and performs routine manual duties involved in the movement of but not limited to linen, supplies, materials, specimens, blood products, and other items as deemed necessary between Avita Health System campuses, other healthcare organizations, or other facilities as required. Drives Avita-owned vehicle to deliver and/or retrieve items to facilities in a timely manner as required.QualificationsRequired:- Current valid Ohio driver’s license in good standing with an insurance company acceptable driving record. - Experience operating a box truck, up to and including 26,000-pound GVW. - Required to do heavy lifting of > 50 pounds. - Must be able to successfully complete an Essential Function Test (EFT) prior to employment. Preferred:- 1 (one) year of previous experience as a driver or as delivery personnel.
