Position Summary The Automatic Side Loader Driver is responsible for servicing commercial customers by safely operating a front-load truck to collect and transport waste. This role requires precision in operating hydraulic equipment, navigating tight commercial environments, and maintaining high productivity and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Safety & Vehicle Operation - Demonstrate strong vehicle control, including backing, turning, and maneuvering in tight or congested environments - Comply with all applicable DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures - Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR)  - Execute safe backing and maneuvering techniques, especially in tight enclosures and commercial properties  - Report all safety concerns, incidents, or mechanical issues immediately  Route Execution & Productivity - Complete routes safely, on time, and in accordance with service and productivity expectations  - Navigate high-density service areas including alleys, enclosures, and industrial sites  - Maintain productivity standards and communicate service delays or issues to dispatch  Equipment Operation & Waste Collection - Operate hydraulic lifting systems to service dumpsters (2–8+ yards) [GA1]  - Ensure containers are properly emptied and returned to des
